The changing economic environment encourages companies to capitalise on their internal resources and regularly develop their competencies.

In this regard, the 360° process offers particular added value: information provided by personnel (manager, peers and colleagues) who know the « evaluee », can develop a multi-faceted picture which aims to encourage reflection on how the evaluee is perceived, and to compare this perception with the way the evaluee sees him or herself.
