SCOPE

Evaluates main personality dimensions and can be used for evaluation, training, and development situations.

Personal dimensions via the measurement of personality traits. Values corresponding to performance aspirations in the business world, personal and inter-personal values.

SOSIE results are interpreted in accordance with established standards based on various sample populations.

Interpretation involves the analysis of each dimension and, in particular, the cross-tabulation of dimensions in order to produce better-structured, richer hypotheses.
